Los restos de cuatro miembros de una misma familia, residentes en Estados Unidos y que fueron víctimas de un hecho violento el pasado 10 de julio en California, fueron sepultados este lunes en su natal San Cayetano Istepeque, en el departamento salvadoreño de San Vicente, a un poco más de 65 kilómetros de la capital.
Las víctimas, dos mujeres y dos menores de edad, fueron despedidas por familiares y amigos. También se realizó un homenaje con música, un acto religioso y habitantes de San Cayetano Istepeque acompañaron las carrozas fúnebres hasta el cementerio.
Felipe Vinicio, un familiar de las víctimas, agradeció durante una misa a familiares y amigos por acompañar a la familia y, sin entrar en detalles, catalogó el hecho contra “estos seres humanos inocentes” como “terrible y aterrador”.
Brenda Natali Morales Killian, de 36 años, Marta Elena Morales de Cárcamo, de 56 años, los menores Willian Killian Morales y Wesley Killian Morales, de 6 y 1 año, respectivamente, vivían en Alameda, California.
Estas personas, de acuerdo con información publicada en diferentes medios, fueron asesinadas a tiros por Shane Parrish Killian, estadounidense de 54 años, esposo de Brenda, yerno de Marta Elena y padre de los menores.

Según el medio estadounidense CBS NEWS, el tiroteo ocurrió en Kitty Hawk Road, Alameda, y el suegro del supuesto responsable “logró comunicarse con un vecino y le pidió que llamara al 911”.
“La policía (indica la información) dijo que su suegro fue encontrado más tarde afuera de la casa, donde le dio información a la policía sobre lo sucedido antes de morir”.
Shane Killian fue arrestado como sospechoso y acusado de varios delitos graves, señaló la prensa.
El cuerpo de Miguel Ángel fue repatriado a El Salvador, con el apoyo del Gobierno del país centroamericano, la semana pasada y sepultado en su natal localidad, al igual que el resto de su familia.

Burial for four members of Salvadoran family who were murdered in California
The remains of four members of the same family, residents of the United States and victims of a July 10 violent incident in California, were buried this Monday in their hometown of San Cayetano Istepeque, in the Salvadoran department of San Vicente, a little more than 65 kilometers from the capital.
