Apple Watch: cuánto cuesta, cuándo y dónde estará disponible

Apple Watch, la primera incursión de la gigante de Cupertino en la categoría de wearables, estará disponible a partir del 24 de abril en distintas partes del mundo. El precio inicial del modelo más económico, llamado Apple Watch Sport, es de US$349.

Tim Cook, el presidente ejecutivo de Apple, dijo el lunes que el Apple Watch se lanzará en muchos países, aunque no dio una lista específica.

Se pueden hacer pedidos previos a partir del 10 de abril.

Cada modelo viene en colores distintos: plata y aluminio negro para el Apple Watch Sport; el Apple Watch Collection viene en acero inoxidable y acero oscuro; y el Apple Watch Edition viene en oro regular y oro rosa. Estará disponible en dos tamaños: uno de 38mm y otro de 42mm.

Existen tres modelos y estos son los precios:

1. El Apple Watch Sport tiene un cuerpo de aluminio y una pantalla de vidrio Ion-X. Costará US$349 para el dispositivo de 38 mm y US$399 para el de 42 mm.

2. El Apple Watch Collection tiene un cuerpo de acero inoxidable y una espalda de cerámica y vidrio de zafiro. Costará: para el modelo de 38mm US$549 a US$1,049 (dependiendo de la correa que escojas) y el de 42mm US$599 a US$1,099.

3. El Apple Watch Edition tiene una espalda de cerámica y zafiro, pero su cuerpo también contiene oro de 18 quilates. Costará desde US$10,000 en edición limitada en algunas tiendas.

The Settings app is where you can adjust all the general settings for your Apple Watch.

Launch Siri to ask any question and let her do all the legwork, just like on the iPhone.

Add the companies you track to Stocks to get up-to-the minute updates.

Going for a jog? Use the Stopwatch to record your best times.

Set a timer with a few taps for cooking, or just to remind yourself to do something after a specific amount of time.

Get the weather forecast on your wrist without ever taking out your iPhone. It also has hourly forecasts so you can plan accordingly.

Great for business people, the World Clock will get you the time in any location around the globe.
